This notice explains how Apex Amenities handles information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our workplace enquiry form, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name and company name
- Your workplace suburb or postcode
- Your email address and, if provided, your phone number
- Approximate staff numbers and any other information you choose to include
- The advertising campaign or link that brought you to the site, where available (for example, a QR code on a flyer)
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can service your workplace and discuss next steps with you. We do not sell your information. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our business email.
Analytics and session recording
We may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it. These tools are only switched on if you choose "Accept" in the analytics banner. Form fields are masked and the contents of the enquiry form are never sent to these tools. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
